SOP for STAINLESS STEEL SIEVES

1.0       OBJECTIVE             :   

To lay down procedure for stainless steel sieves.

 

2.0        SCOPE:

This procedure is applicable sieves used in beta lactum department at any pharmaceutical industry.

 

3.0        RESPONSIBILITY   :                                                                                   

Operators and Production officer of beta lactum department.    

                                                                           

4.0        ACCOUNTABILITY           :

Head of the department             

 

5.0        PROCEDURE:

5.1        Ensure that the Sieves are clean and labeled.

5.2        It should be made of S.S.                              

5.3        It should be not broken from any sides.

5.4        Transfer the materials on the sieves and passing manually.

5.5        Collect all the passed material in bowls.

5.6        Wash the sieve after operation is finished with purified water.

5.7        Store proper place with labeled.
